Being a wife is not what I had planned for 2010, but when Riley came along.....plans changed; and I'm glad they did! It's funny how things work out, when we were in high school we had one class together and only talked a little bit, on graduation night he invited my friend and I to hang out with him and his friends, and sleep on the football field (a tradition of Spanish Fork High). We said we would.... long story short they waited for us most of the night and we never showed, we had better things to do. Well he never forgot about that and has given me crap ever since. Needless to say I can't ditch him anymore. While he was on his mission we started emailing and the day after he got home, he called me and we haven't spent more than a week apart since.
It's been an interesting ride going from single "do whatever I want" to being a wife and home maker. Anyone who knows me, can attest that I'm not much of a cook, but I am sure trying (Riley is a good sport by just eating and not complaining) Digging into my domestic side has been fun; decorating, organizing, and creating a home. I still have A LOT to learn and believe me I'm learning every day.
I enjoy reading other people's blogs so I decided to start one of my own. I have an amazing husband who works hard and is tons of fun, we always have fun adventures and anyone who knows Riley knows there is never a dull moment, and always a good story involved... so we'll see how this goes!
